2. Products & Pricing

  1. Product Descriptions
    We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications. However, due to variations in screens, materials, and production methods, actual colors, textures, and finishes may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
  2. Pricing & Taxes
    All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping or delivery charges may be extra and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
  3. Custom/Tinted/Base Material
    • Products are shipped in a white base material unless otherwise specified.
    • Coloring, tinting, or adding a “stainer” to achieve a desired shade is the responsibility of the buyer.
    • Once shipped, the material cannot be altered by us for color or tint unless specifically arranged in advance.

3. Ordering & Payment

  1. Order Acceptance
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason (e.g. product availability, errors in the description or price, or suspected fraud).
  2. Payment Methods
    Payments must be made via the methods displayed on the site (e.g. credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, etc.). Payment must be successful and cleared before dispatch.
  3. Dispatch Timeline
    Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days from the date of successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery Locations & Timeframes
    We deliver within India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, availability of the product, and courier services.
  2. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  3. Risk of Loss
    Once the product is dispatched from our warehouse, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. The buyer is advised to inspect the goods on delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    All materials sold are non-returnable. We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit (proof required).
  2. Refunds & Replacements

  • Buyers are responsible for tinting or finishing to match desired shades after receiving the base material.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, TextureBazaar.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
