- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
3. Returns
Because of the nature of our products (wall texture materials, base white materials that need tinting, etc.), returns are generally not accepted once the product has been sold and dispatched unless one of the following applies:
- The product is defective (faulty manufacture, damage during shipping, etc.)
- The product delivered does not match the description on our website (e.g. wrong product).
If any of the above applies:
- Notify us within 3 business days of receiving the product, providing photo(s) or other proof of defect/mismatch.
- We will assess the claim, and if accepted, we may offer a replacement or a full/partial refund (at our discretion).
4. Refunds
If your return request is approved under the conditions above:
